PRODUCT INFO
- Plug and Forget: Connect your fridge directly in the device's socket, set a temperature range and forget.
- Comes with in-built safety features: Shuts off the device in case of a power spike or short circuits.
- Main body is made of shockproof plastic. No chance of power leakage or earthing.

How to Use:
- Open your fridge door and stick the device's snsor probe to your fermenter with a tape or/ just leave it swinging inside the fridge. Close the door.
- Turn off and unplug your fridge.
- Connect the device's plug in the socket of your fridge.
- Connect your' fridge to the socket in the device.
- Turn on the mainboard power switch
How to Operate the Keys:
- Pressing "Up key" ↑ once: Displays "Max High" temperature
- Pressing "Down key" ↓ once: Displays "Max Low" temperature
- Long Pressing up key ↑: Allows set up of "Max High" temperature
- Long Pressing down key ↓: Allows set up of "Max Low" temperature
- When in setup mode: Pressing up and down keys allows setting up temperature in 0.1°C increments.
- When in setup mode: If no buttons pressed for 3 seconds, red blinker light flashess 3 times and setup mode closes.

Dark Lager/Oktoberfest/Schwarzbier: 10°C to 15°C
Bock/Strong Lagers: 9°C to 11°CDiacetyle Rest (Lagering process): 17°C to 19°C (3 days)
True Lagering (Lager Conditioning): 0°C to 2°C- Gradually reduced about one degree every day until 1°C reached.
- Then left at 0°C to 2°C for 2-3 weeks more.
- If bottling, prime and condition the bottles first. Then perform lagering on the bottles.

IPA/ Hazy IPA/ Double IPA: 19° to 21°C

- Next day shipping on all items. Equipment is shipped through Indiapost, while all the consumables are shipped via DTDC.
