- Fermentation temperature 21°C-24°C
- Suitable for most homebrew red and white wines and ciders.
PRODUCT INFO
- Add 1g of yeast per 2 liter of wine you want to make.
- Mix yeast with warm water (20-27°C) & add to juice Or if your must is within this temperature range simply sprinkle on.
- Stir the wort twice a day for the next 7 days.
- We suggest aging the wine for at least 3 months for the wine to develop a decent character.
