Campden Powder (for Wine Making), 25g
Campden Powder is used for sterilising and stabilising wine, cider or must and in beer making to kill bacteria and inhibit the growth of most wild yeast.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
SANITIZING A MUST(CRUSHED FRUIT)
Use 1 gram powder per 5L of must to sanitize
Dissolve in a little warm water right before adding to must.
Sulphur Dioxide of 0.44g or 50 ppm if 1 gram added to 5 Litres.
STABILISING WINE BEFORE BOTTLING
Use 2 gram powder per 20L of wine.
Dissolve in a little warm water right before adding to wine.
CAUTION:
- Can cause irritation in eyes.
- Can cause irritation in nasal airways if inhaled.
